I can't wait to meet you! The experience starts when you email me your appointment request. When your email is received, you will receive a welcome message back with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless.

Next, you'll arrive and be greeted by me and I will walk you through a 30 minute consultation process. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.

If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my computerized database so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. I have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes.

I will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and extended styling lessons are always available if you would like to learn fun curling techniques.

We'll wrap up the visit by sharing recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment. You can expect a follow up call or email within the week to ensure that your style is just as expected and I'll eagerly await your next visit.

 

New guest services require more time to discuss your hair goals and to perform a full hair analysis to determine the best strategy for your hair. A $25 non-refundable retainer is required for a new guest consultation, however, the cost can be used towards your first service with me.

New guest pricing is slightly different than the pricing noted on my service menu. Your first visit will be an extended visit to ensure a thorough consultation, create a plan for that visit as well as future appointments.

 

All new guests are required to fill out a 'new guest form' prior to the start of the service. You can click here to fill it out in advance or arrive ten minutes early and fill it out at the salon.
